Cooking – and being careful
Cooking can seem scary, especially if you’re not used to doing it or suddenly have lots of new – and essential – information to bear in mind. The combination might seem like a killer, but it doesn’t have to be. And it may even be easier to adapt if you’re not a confident cook because you’re not trying to relearn something you already know, which should be heartening. There is no real reason to be daunted by the prospect of cooking for a gluten-free diet, however experienced you are in the kitchen.
