Coming home from a concert one evening one of us met a musician friend who asked, “Where have you been?” He answered, “I have been to a concert of a famous orchestra”. Whereupon she enquired, “Did they play together or merely at the same time?”
In this chapter we look at the first leg of Living Leadership: how effective leaders connect well enough to the people around them. As we said, Living Leadership exists between people.
