How to use it
In Part 3, we describe a project in which, over three years, we have applied the ideas of ‘Living Leadership’, at national and organisational levels, to develop leaders and enable strategic and organisational change. The client is the National Institute for Health Research (“NIHR”). We describe the aims of the project and the methods used, the impact the work has had and the difference from conventional ways of developing people and organisations.
