Appendix List of Data Files and SAS Data Sets
I originally placed all the data-generating programs in each of the appropriate chapters. The comments of several reviewers and some further thought caused me to change my mind and remove the programs from the separate chapters and place them in an appendix. This is the first time I am aware of that someone inserted an appendix rather than removed one. (Sorry for the medical school humor.)
In this appendix, you will find descriptions of SAS data sets used in this book and programs to create them. These programs are available from the companion Web site at www.sas.com/companionsites.
