Objective 3: Basic Network Troubleshooting

One important part of an administrator’s role is troubleshooting connectivity issues and tracking down sources of problems. Many of the tools introduced earlier in this book may also be used as troubleshooting tools to assist in this process. This objective revisits some of these commands and discusses how they may be used as diagnostic resources in addition to configuration resources.
