This chapter has shown us how to use the
Effects and the
Effects, at present, is a relatively small class, and we did not have to spend a lot of time on it. Logging was dealt with in considerable detail. We used the
Log class to show how it can help us in figuring out what is happening inside an application at runtime. However, that is not all. We also went into its structural aspects to see how we can extend its functionalities.
Before we close the chapter, here is a word about using the
