My biggest thanks go first to my wife, Naomi. It has been a difficult few years for us. Among other things, we made a move from Michigan to California that took almost two years to complete (I could probably write an intriguing book just describing all the ups and downs of that adventure!). Trying to revise Help Line in the midst of all this often seemed an impossible task. Yet somehow it got done. It would not have been possible without Naomi’s encouragement, support, and willingness (sometimes understandably reluctant) to take a backseat to these other demands.
