Chapter 7. Creating Slices and Hotspots
The rollover buttons you added to the home page in the previous lesson add some interest to your page. The buttons also provide some feedback to the user. In this lesson, you will learn a variety of techniques to add interactivity to your pages. You will start by creating an image map where the user can click multiple areas of an image to link to other pages of your site. You will further explore the concept of slicing an image, learning to add behaviors to the slice to swap images.
You will add more interactivity to your home page in this lesson by adding disjointed rollovers to the month text.
