Chapter 13. Authoring Utilities

As your Flash projects grow in size and scope, you’ll find yourself doing a number of repetitive tasks, and performing a variety of housekeeping tasks: tracking elements, finding items to replace or update them, undoing mistakes, applying settings repeatedly, moving elements in repetitious ways, cleaning up spelling, and so on. Flash MX 2004 includes several utilities that help with these tasks: the Movie Explorer, the Spelling Checker, the Find and Replace panel, the History panel, and the Commands menu.
