Chapter 5. DDriver Rechargeable Screwdriver

I got this great light-duty battery-operated screwdriver for my birthday last year. Sadly, after only a few days its little gears ground to a halt.

“Everyone finds a dud here and there,” I thought. So I bought another—which lasted all of 10 minutes before it too stopped working. Rather than exercise my “right to replacement” via warranty, I decided to see what made these little tools tick. After all, warranties were meant to be voided.
