13 Writing great change communications
Change and communication are intrinsically linked. Great communication can make great change in the same way that poor communication can make a great change poor.
The good news is that great communication is all about simplicity and rigour. The rigour of a great communications plan is discussed later (see Chapter 14), but first, let’s look at how to write great communications. These rules can be applied to any communication you write – every email, poster, tweet – every day.
