Let me share with you some of the most effective practices, tools, and strategies that I developed as a strategic advisor to our clients and as the leader of my company. My dual role meant that the problems I had to solve often overlapped, in both their nature and their timing, competing for my bandwidth. I realized I needed different approaches to either compartmentalize or integrate what lay in front of me.
