Do you know what people say about you when you aren’t around? It’s a question my director asked me during my 1:1 with him when I worked as the senior manager in the organization. The question completely took me off guard.
I had never thought of what people at work were talking about me.
But from that day on, I became conscious of what I wanted to be known for.
Let me ask this to you, “Do you know what you are known for and what you want to be known for?”
Most of us do not consciously think of these questions.
