In my workshops, I often ask leaders if they have a deep-rooted career aspiration. The room is full of hands rising high up, indicating that I am in a room of achievers. Some aspire to get to the C-Suite level, some want to be great leaders, and others want to create something impactful.
However, not many of them will fulfill their aspiration. I say this out of more than fifteen years of coaching leaders globally. I have seen many leaders’ aspirations go unfulfilled.
Why? Because many will give up on their aspirations.
One of the laws that benefited me greatly in my career and helped me move ahead is the law of sow and reap, with more emphasis on sowing.
