I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
4 Unleash the Meta-Leader from Within
I’ve been asked this question numerous times during coaching and workshops on becoming a meta-leader. And when I tell them you already are a meta-leader, they stare into my soul and curiously ask, “Well, why then am I not achieving what I want in my career?” “Why am I not at the Top in my field of work?” Some even laugh and dismiss me when I tell them everyone is a meta-leader.
We don’t believe we are meta-leaders because we have never tapped into our powers. And so, we never use our power at work.
