CREATING THIS BOOK, LIKE EVERYTHING we talk about in the book, was a developmental process requiring lots of support and guidance from others. We reached out to a multitude of people: many colleagues who are top experts in their fields, exceptional development managers (EDMs) and exceptional development employees (EDEs) both known and unknown to us before our research, an amazing editorial/publishing team, and those closest to us, our cherished family and friends.
