Now that you understand more about why internships are important and how to set goals for your experience, it’s time to begin the search process. Finding the right internship is a combination of researching companies, networking, and interviewing. In Chapter 2, you completed self-assessments for determining what kinds of organizations to research. That’s a great start. Now it’s time to do a deeper dive, prepare to get in front of people, and tell your story.
