Become a Great Project Manager

You’ve heard the old joke about how to get to Carnegie Hall: practice, practice, practice. It’s the same with becoming a great project manager.

But there are requirements for becoming a great project manager: developing your interpersonal skills to work with the team and developing/maintaining enough technical skills to understand and manage your project’s risks.
