Know When It’s Time to Leave
Part of being a great project manager is knowing when you’re not right for the organization, the team, or the product. If you find that you’re in any of these situations, you might not be the problem. Your organization might be the problem, and the situation might be unmanageable.
You always have at least these choices: accepting the current state with your eyes open, moving to another project in the organization, or changing organizations.
