It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Realize phase (SAP Activate for system conversion to SAP S/4HANA)
Functional and technical implementation takes place in the realize phase, the planning for which was done in the explore phase in the sprint execution approach. Systems and application are configured, tested and validated in this phase. Similarly, custom code will be adjusted, data aging will be configured, training will be prepared, and non-productive systems will be migrated to the new environment.
