So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Hyper care support—in most projects, in the initial few days of support post go-live, the project team will be there to resolve and close any issues not covered by the core application support team. The hyper care support team will also undertake some workload analysis to make sure that the solution is used correctly.
