Techniques for prioritization
The product owner must rank the backlog, deciding which story is first, which is second, and so on.
We always start with MSCW and then individually rank each item in the backlog. A story should be broken into multiple child stories if it contains various components. Comparative assessment should be done between selected requirements. Planning poker * can also be used for estimates.
