It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Understanding Agile and Scrum
In this chapter, we focus on learning the basic concepts of agile and scrum and try to see how SAP Activate has been developed as a next generation agile methodology. The discussion is more focused on the context of agile and scrum concepts in SAP Activate. We also go through how to set up an agile project and how to scale it. The intention is not to go into details about agile and scrum, but rather to correlate and understand SAP Activate in the context of agile.
