Once go-live is successful at the cutover, the SAP S/4HANA system is opened for business users for productive usage. In the run phase, we handover all the tasks to the customer team and take a project closure sign-off. During the transition into operations, post go-live support is also discussed and handed over to the support team. During the post go-live support (hyper care support), the project team and the IT support operation team stabilize the system, work on optimization, fine tune operation, and resolve the outstanding issues.
