On the morning of August 19, 2020, President Donald Trump turned to Twitter, his favorite social media platform, to take aim at a new adversary: Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. In a tweet to his 85 million followers, Trump voiced his displeasure with the company’s alleged policy of a “BAN ON MAGA HATS.”1
