Different types of teams
While all teams consist of people, there are several variations due to the objective or nature of the work being performed by the team. Let's examine some types of teams found in the knowledge industry:
- Perpetual teams:
- This is the most common form of a team in long running product development organizations like Oracle, Microsoft, Yahoo!, and so on.
