Communicating is as natural to us as eating and breathing. This was very powerfully portrayed in a movie Cast Away. Tom Hanks is washed ashore a deserted island with no water, food, or shelter. He works hard to survive, to set up a shelter, find food, and make fire. Through this all, Tom spends his time talking to a basketball, Mr Wilson! We are so used to communicating that not communicating to the external world has become a form of meditation.
