Managing Indian Gen Y

Anyone born after the year 1982 is considered Gen Y. Gen Y is becoming increasingly important to the industry, as the number of people hired from campus, as well as people in their early career with 1-3 years' experience, is becoming a bigger percentage of the workforce.

I'm not sure how the term Gen Y came into usage, but it's often used and understood fairly well now.
