About the Contributors

Sergio Biggemann is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Otago. His research focus is on the Dynamics of Business Relationships, the Creation and Implementation of Business Solutions. His current research project is on the effects of business solutions on the supplier’s network position as a source of competitive advantage.

Alan Collier is an engineer, lawyer, and businessman who still practices in all three areas. He holds a PhD in business and has a keen interest in measuring the performance of companies. He has worked as a consultant, postgraduate student and academic coordinator at the University of Otago for some years. He has also founded and run start-up businesses.
