Aligning Your Organization with Your Strategy

You don’t have to be a brain surgeon to understand that once you have agreed a strategy that your organization has to be aligned and managed appropriately to the delivery of this strategy. This means you need to ensure that the different activities, programs and projects help to deliver the strategy, that the budgets are allocated accordingly, that your organization is structured suitably and that the key strategic risks are managed. This sounds simple and straightforward, right?
