Leveraging Performance Management Software Applications
While performance management shouldn’t be about software, I firmly believe that no organizationwide attempt to measure and manage performance can work without the appropriate support of specialized performance management software. Having the right software application in place and using it appropriately can make a massive difference and can enable users to learn and improve performance. Another important point to add here is that performance management software applications are not just something for the techies; they are an important success factor for managing performance that managers and indeed everybody in the organization need to be concerned with.
