Finding, Training, and Retaining the Right People
During the writing of this chapter my life crossed a new milestone. I became a grandpa again for both the second and third time, on the same day (my daughter in-law delivered twins). As you might imagine I was over the moon with joy, and I was proud to share the news with friends and family. As grand events often do, it led many of those in my circle who have been around the block a few times to reminisce about the good ol’ days, and how back in the day we struggled through some of the challenges that such a blessed event presented.
