Mobility Managers Study

“MM Study” for short, this study involved interviews with 51 global mobility managers who work directly with expatriates or manage mobility programs, who were drawn from 51 global firms.

The objectives of the study were to understand how organizations define and measure expatriate ROI (including any barriers they may face in using or developing effective ROI measures), and what, specifically, causes expatriate ROI to change, i.e. to increase and/or decrease according to a range of internal and external organizational factors.
