Lynne Curry, PhD, is the President of Communication Works, Inc. (Anchorage, Alaska), the Founder of www.workplacecoachblog.com, and was the Founder and CEO of The Growth Company, Inc., a nationally respected management consulting company she started in 1978 and sold in 2017. Lynne grew her company to be one in which her employees aligned with the company’s mission and vision—and she has taught field-tested accountability skills and strategies to business owners, executives, managers, and supervisors.
