Assessment Approaches
The Standard 56004:2019 recommends that before starting an assessment of the IMS, you need to define the approach and the framework of the assessment. In other words, you need to clarify what you are assessing, for what purpose you are assessing, and how you will conduct the major assessment steps. This includes a clear definition of the criteria you will use to evaluate the performance of innovation as well as the format and the style of the assessment report.
