Knowledge management principles
In this chapter we introduce the fundamentals of KM using seven inter-related principles, each phrased to highlight its practical implications. The principles apply to KM anywhere, not just to KM in project environments, but we have illustrated them with project management examples. Table 2.1 lists the principles and summarises the fundamentals of KM that give rise to each one.
