Of course, individual preferences can dictate the level of collaboration they enjoy, but as a whole, Millennials take workplace collaboration to a whole new level. They gravitate to whiteboards like moths to a flame. If a new idea is on the table, their first inclination is to flesh it out as a group, right then and there. For them, working together trumps working alone — teamwork makes the dream work.
