KEY POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND

Based on what I have discussed thus far, there are some key points that leaders can consider to more effectively guide and evolve the Product Management organization. These include the following:

1. Be sure that calendars are used to keep track of routine events, activities, and processes. These notes might include the agendas of product team meetings, reminders to conduct market checkups, and even budget or product performance check-ins with senior leaders. Calendars can be set to give a “first reminder” in advance of upcoming events, which could help leaders with prioritizing and scheduling.
