staying on budget and schedule

• Presentation of draft task, segment, or phase deliverables
The size of the client’s project will drive the frequency and complexity of these
reports. On smaller engagements, the progress report will be short and to the point.
Such reports often can be imbedded in a cover letter to the progress bill and pre-
sented as a sentence or two on each of the above topics. Issues and delays, however,
