Evaluate

5.1 An Overview

Evaluate, shown in Figure 5.1, is the fourth key action. Its entire purpose is to look at all available options to turn around a project in trouble and then select the best ones to implement.

Evaluate involves three conceptually simple activities that are, in reality, difficult to execute, shown in Figure 5.2.
