All emplyees ,especially critical talent , need a work environment that allows them to thrive and prosper, Several factors work to create a positive work environment where top talent can thrive, including job satisfaction, workplace design, job security, and work/life balance. Table 8.1 contains a complete list of these factors as well as critical talent needs and appropriate solutions linked with these needs.
