There isn't a recipe that, if followed scrupulously by mixing, sautéing, and blending the right ingredients, will—presto—ensure that the Gen Ys we actively recruited and handpicked for our team will actually commit to making our organization their professional home. No matter what airtight retention practices we put in place, there is no guarantee that Gen Y will stay in our organization for the long haul.
