Dr. Judson Brewer is an addiction psychiatrist, neuroscientist, and associate professor at the Brown University School of Public Health. He’s also the author of the books Unwinding Anxiety and The Craving Mind. His research focuses on how and why your anxiety—and why worrying more specifically—might be a habit. In this interview, he explains the three-step process that forms this habit and how we can use curiosity to break out of the loop.
