Making a custom sub group

Now that we've created three custom pencils (the Sketching Large, Sketching Med, and Detail pencil), why don't we create a group for them? That way, we can easily go to them and not waste time scrolling through a list containing dozens of tools to find the one we need.

There's no menu command to create a sub tool group. The only way to create one is to first drag a tool up to the tab group area at the top part of the Sub tool palette. The new group will be named for the tool. Since we'll be creating one for our sketching pencils, the new group will be named Pencil and will have the icon background color we choose for that sub tool.
