Your defined strategy will be guiding hundreds of daily decisions throughout the organization, as well as setting significant priorities. If it doesn’t, what is the point? But it can only provide that context if its implications are understood and integrated up, down, and sideways. Despite the hopes of many business executives, that will not happen by osmosis, nor edict, nor reliance on trickle down.
