Another set of flows that we will often need to include in our service-design assessment are those that link the service with its investors and beneficiaries:
  • Investors provide an investment of some value in order to help get the service started or to maintain its operations, in ways or forms that are distinct from and/or cannot be provided by either the main “horizontal” value flow nor the guidance services.

  • Beneficiaries receive some value as a benefit or dividend from the operation of the service, ...
