Let’s assume you have developed an idea of how you can make mass customization work in your business. To make it happen, you have to communicate this vision, and you have to form an implementation team.

It can be a long way from an idea to a vision, a team, and a detailed implementation plan, and depending on your position in the company, there will be different ways to get there. But wherever you are in the company, there will be some convincing work to do. So, let’s talk about those things first and then talk about the implementation process.
