Change Font Style or Font Size

You can enhance the appearance of a slide by changing the design, or font style, of text. PowerPoint also allows you to increase or decrease the text size in your presentation. Larger text is easier to read, but smaller text enables you to fit more information on a slide.

PowerPoint provides a list of fonts from which to choose. Fonts that you used most recently appear at the top of the list, allowing you to quickly select fonts that you use often. The fonts appear in the list as they will appear in your presentation. This lets you preview a font before you select it.
