Chapter 26. Organizing E-Mail
Open E-mail Folders
Outlook includes several e-mail folders so that you can keep your messages organized. You can view any of these folders to review and work with the messages that are stored in them.
The Inbox folder contains messages you have received. This includes both read and unread messages. Messages that you have not read appear in bold.
The Outbox folder stores messages you have created but not yet sent. You can click the Send/Receive button to send these messages. Otherwise, Outlook sends them during the next send/receive interval.
The Drafts folder contains messages you have created, and want to save to send at a later time. By default, Outlook saves messages every three minutes as you create them.
