The review process at a glance

There are two kinds of individuals and three important steps that make up a standard review process.

Obviously, the two kinds of individuals are as follows:

  • Author(s) of the project: That's you! You have created the project, and you are the one who initiates and manages the reviewing workflow. You know the project by heart, and you have Captivate installed on your computer.
  • Reviewer(s): These are the people who will view and comment on your work. Some of them might know about Captivate, but some don't know anything about the technical part of your work (which is exactly what you need to have fresh and open-minded feedback). Typically, reviewers do not have Captivate available on their systems.
